This is on the news that Dutchie filed a lawsuite again Akerna Corporation, a cannabis traceability provider, for unfair competition and tortious interference, as a result of Akerna's refusal to open up its state traceability system with Pennsylvania's cannabis retailers.

Dutchie powers over 5,500 dispensaries throughout the United States and Canada, facilitating over $14 billion in annual sales.

Dutchie is one of the fastest-growing cannabis tech companies and was slated to reach $30 billion in value in 2025. Three months ago, New York awarded the company to be the exclusive provider of technology and point-of-sale (POS) hardware for the state's Conditional Adult-Use Retail Dispensary licenses.
